We've received a beautiful shipment of the following yarns from Muench.

Kid Melange is shown at left in Aqua, but we also have it in Orchid and Gray. It's a wonderfully soft, super kid mohair that would be ideal for sweaters, scarves or lacy wraps.

We've also added Gnocchi Catena in Red to the other Catena color choices that we already have in stock.

Coccinella is here in Lilac, Kiwi, Ecru and Cotton Candy (shown here). Coccinella is a 60% cotton, machine washable yarn with unique ridges which give the finished project a creative look.

Finally, we have Alta Moda Estate. We have it in Seafoam, Khaki (shown at right), Black and White. This entwined yarn is 90% cotton and would be perfect for a multitude of summer projects.

We have received new "scarf-in-a-scarf" knitting kits! This kit comes with four skeins of silk merino yarn and a hand painted silk scarf dyed to match the yarn. To create your scarf, just knit the simple pattern included with the kit. The pattern creates a long scarf with ten buttonholes. Stitches and Scones has just received a new shipment of yarn.

The first yarn is Kettle Dyed, Manos lace in three beautiful Spring colors. Manos lace is a combination of Baby Alpaca, Silk , and Cashmere. It comes in skeins of approximently 439 yards. This yarn is Handwsh and Dry Flat for $17.00 a skein.

The second yarn is Manos Wool Clasica Naturals in four beautiful colors. This yarn is a Handspun Kettle Dyed yarn that comes in skeins of 158 yards. The yarn is handwash/Dry Flat for $18.00 a skein.

Our third yarn is Plymouth Select, Worsted Merino Superwash. Stitches and Scones has received seven different colors. The yarn is Kettle Dyed, 100% Superwash Fine Merino Wool. Each skein comes with approximently 436 yards for $29.99.

Stitches and Scones fourth yarn is EROS II. This yarn is a decorative yarn in beautiful blue colors. Each ball comes with approximently 165 yards for $7.99.

Grass is a new yarn from the Plymouth spring collection. It is a 65% cotton, 35% hemp fiber, put up in balls of 115 yards, worsted weight. We have three colorways available. Very interesting and beautiful!

Stitches & Scones is having a Brown Sheep Trunk show. Samples from Phoebe's Sweater are currently here! Come see them before July 10! We have the book (with the patterns) and the yarn in stock. The author, Joanna Johnson, wrote this delightful children's story and designed the patterns that appear in it. Her husband, Eric Johnson, was the illustrator. Phoebe's Sweater is a children's story about a mouse and her doll who receive new sweaters.

Dreambaby Shine.....the soft baby yarn that we love, with a thread of silver running through. We have pink, blue, yellow, white and turquoise.

Also new....Plymouth Covington...100% mercerized cotton, with a soft sheen. Put up in 184 yd. skeins, 4 1/2 st/inch. Beautiful colors....mint, raspberry, coral, off-white, denim, and a rusty red. Come check it out!

Another new offering....Dreamin. This is a worsted weight yarn, put up in 540 yard skeins and has a pattern for a baby sweater inside the ball band. One skein is enough for a sz. 3, 6, or 12 months. We have pink, green, yellow and blue.

We have some lovely new colors of fiber to spin from Foxglove! Pomegranate, Black Currant, Woodland, and Silver Ocean! This is a merino/silk blend, with a beautiful hint of silver...perfect for spinning a laceweight yarn.

We just received some new yarn, Malabrigo Twist. It is 100% pure baby merino wool and comes 150 yards to a hank. Malabrigo Twist gets 4-5 stitches to the inch on a US 8.5-11 needle.

A new shipment has just come in from Cascade. Ultra Pima is a 100% cotton yarn that gets 22-24 stitches to four inches on US 5-6 needles. Each hank has 220 yards.

Luna paints has also just come in. This yarn Peruvian cotton and gets 18 stitches to 4 inches on a US size 7 needle. Each hank has approximately 164 yards.

We just got 12 colors of Fixation in. This yarn gets 29 stitches to 4 inches on a US 4-5 needle and is a cotton elastic blend. Each skein has 100 yards of yarn.
