We were lucky enough to have Alison Stewart-Guinee visit our store last Thursday night. She brought all of the knits from her recent book Fairy Tale Knits. Here are some of the snapshots from the event!

Addi Click Set Has Arrived!

The addi Click system provides 10 different sizes of addi Turbo© tips (3.5mm, 3.75mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 9.0mm, and 10.0mm), three different lengths of a new, extremely pliable blue cord (24”, 32” and 40”), and one connector piece which helps to either store stitches or combine your cords. The Click tips require no tools to change; simply insert the cord deep into the tip, twist and release. The tips will remain secure until you change them, thanks to the Click’s revolutionary locking mechanism!

New Shipment from Jade Sapphire

We have just received a new shipment of Lacey Lamb, a 3-ply, 100% lambswool laceweight yarn from Jade Sapphire in Cream, Dusty Rose, and Guava. Knit singly, Lacey Lamb is perfect for a cobweb shawl. Knit in multiples, it produces garments of varying textures and weights. It has a generous 825 yards per skein.

We have also received a new color of Jade Sapphire Silk/Cashmere 2-ply called "Twilight." This fingering weight yarn is a soft, luxurious cashmere and silk blend, with a gauge of 6-8 stitches/inch on a US #1-3, and has 400 yds.
s available in the same weight and gauge as our 2-ply Mongolian Cashmere, in a 55/45 blend. The silk content produces a greater intensity of our hand-dyed colorways. Available in all our 70+ colorways.
